You Won’t Believe These Hair Raising Hot Spring Pictures From Canada

This might make you rethink your stance on attending hot springs in below freezing cold weather (if you have one… that’s a stance people have, right?) Every February the Takhini Hot Pools in Whitehorse, Yukon in Canada has a hair freezing contest. That’s right, you read that correctly. In case you weren’t aware, when temperatures fall below -30 degrees Celsius, hair freezes. The people behind Takhini Hot Pools took full advantage of that fact. People simply have to enter a picture of their icy new ‘do for a chance to win $150 cash. Enjoy the resulting contest entry photos below!
